Privacy Policy

This policy explains the information DIFRXN processes when you use its website, accounts, companion chat, tools, billing, and generation services.
Information collected
- Account information such as username, email address, password hash, settings, and verification state.
- Prompts, chat history, companion configuration, generated media, job metadata, and files you choose to upload.
- Usage information such as token counts, energy, credits, queue events, errors, and feature interactions.
- Security information such as IP-derived network claims, device identifiers, session records, user agent, and abuse signals.
- Payment references, package details, amount, currency, and transaction status. DIFRXN does not store your full card or PayPal login credentials.
How information is used
Information is used to provide and recover the service, personalize your companion, run requested tools and generations, calculate usage, process purchases, prevent fraud, protect accounts, diagnose outages, enforce limits, and meet accounting or legal obligations.
Service providers
DIFRXN uses providers for network delivery and abuse protection, payment processing, and optional live web search. These providers receive only the information needed for their function. PayPal receives payment information under its own privacy terms. Cloudflare processes network traffic used to reach DIFRXN.
Storage and retention
Account and job records are stored in controlled databases. Prompts and generated files remain available until you delete them or a retention rule removes them. Security, payment, and audit records may be retained longer where needed to prevent abuse, resolve disputes, keep financial records, or comply with law. Backups expire on a separate rotation.
Your choices
The app provides controls to delete messages, chats, media, sessions, and your account, and to export account data. Depending on applicable law, you may also request access, correction, restriction, portability, or deletion by contacting DIFRXN. Some records cannot be deleted immediately where retention is legally or operationally required.
Security
DIFRXN uses password hashing, session cookies, CSRF protection, role checks, rate limits, tenant ownership checks, encrypted transport, and restricted administrative access. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Children
DIFRXN is not directed to children and should not be used by anyone below the minimum age required to consent to online services in their jurisdiction.

Submit privacy requests through Support in the DIFRXN app. Requests are attached to the signed-in account and additional identity verification may be required.
