Refund Policy
Effective 10 July 2026
DIFRXN sells digital service credits through PayPal. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction.
Failed or duplicate purchases
If PayPal charged you but credits were not delivered, or the same purchase was charged more than once, contact DIFRXN with the account username, PayPal order ID, date, and amount. Verified failed or duplicate transactions will be corrected or refunded.
Unused credits
Requests for a refund of substantially unused credits should be made within 14 days of purchase. Eligibility depends on usage, account history, fraud signals, and applicable law. Credits already consumed by completed generation work are generally not refundable.
Failed generation jobs
When DIFRXN records a generation as failed or canceled before completion, reserved credits are returned automatically. A generation that completed but produced an unwanted creative result is not normally treated as a technical failure.
Abuse and chargebacks
Purchases associated with account abuse, limit evasion, fraudulent payment, or material breach of the Terms may be ineligible for discretionary refunds. A chargeback or reversed payment can remove corresponding credits, place the account on billing hold, or suspend access while the dispute is reviewed.
How to request a refund
Open a Billing ticket through Support in the DIFRXN app and include the PayPal order ID. Do not send a password, card number, or PayPal login credentials. Approved refunds are returned through PayPal and may take additional processing time to appear.
