Terms of Service

These terms govern access to DIFRXN, including companion chat, tools, image generation, account storage, credits, and related services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected compromise. You may not create accounts to evade limits, obtain repeated introductory benefits, or bypass a suspension. You must be legally able to enter this agreement in your location.

Acceptable use

Do not use DIFRXN to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, exploit minors, create non-consensual intimate material, impersonate people deceptively, attack systems, or interfere with service availability. Automated abuse, credential sharing, scraping private data, and attempts to circumvent quotas or access controls are prohibited.

AI output

Generated text and images can be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Review output before relying on or publishing it. You are responsible for your prompts, your use of output, and obtaining rights or permissions required for people, brands, data, and source material you submit.

Credits and usage

Text access uses daily and weekly energy limits. Media generation uses credits based on the selected capability, request difficulty, and runtime. Credits are a limited service entitlement, are not legal tender, and cannot be transferred unless DIFRXN explicitly permits it. Estimates may differ from final usage when a job's actual work differs.

Payments

Payments are processed by PayPal. Prices, currencies, package contents, and applicable taxes are shown before purchase. Refunds are governed by the DIFRXN Refund Policy and any mandatory consumer rights that apply.

Availability and changes

Features may be changed, suspended, or discontinued. Queued work can be delayed by model loading, hardware limits, maintenance, or upstream outages. DIFRXN does not promise uninterrupted availability, but durable jobs and account records are recovered where technically possible.

Suspension and termination

DIFRXN may rate-limit, suspend, or close accounts involved in fraud, abuse, non-payment, security risk, or material breach of these terms. You may delete your account through the app. Certain payment, security, and audit records may be retained where needed for legal, fraud-prevention, or accounting purposes.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, DIFRXN is provided without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy of generated output. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
